While I have always been a fan of dining and drinking outside of the home, I rediscovered my love for writing when I came across the website, yelp.com. There, anyone can create an account and become a critic. Almost two years and several hundred reviews later, I decided it was time to branch out and share my thoughts with a (hopefully) larger audience. An Empty Fridge was born.
