Also our server insisted that the calamari she brought us WAS the octopus we had ordered. (“Oh, the little suckers on the tentacles? The chefs pull them off before cooking.” Um, no.)

We walked out in disgust over the dirtiness & the service and I have never stepped a foot in any of their locations since.
